The Jeff Masarek Behavioral Health Center of Goodman JFS, (JMBHC), formerly Behavioral Health Associates of Broward, Counseling Centers of Goodman JFS, has been providing compassionate, high quality, confidential counseling since 1962. Our caring therapists provide counseling for individuals ages 9+, couples and families regardless of race, religion, culture, sexual orientation or gender identity.

JMBHC offers comprehensive counseling services. Our licensed clinicians each have specialized areas of expertise and decades of combined experience, whether helping Holocaust survivors, those who have experienced various forms of trauma, couples who are struggling with marriage, individuals who are navigating a life change or need help with life challenges and LGBTQIA individuals dealing with unique challenges.

To serve the needs of the community, JMBHC has a safe, comfortable office location in Tamarac and offers Telehealth Services.  These services allow you an opportunity to work together with a therapist to process your experiences and learn skills and strategies to address challenges and improve well-being.

In addition to our comprehensive counseling services, JMBHC also offers high-quality, affordable, comprehensive testing and evaluation services for clients ages 3-25 to support school placement or accommodation needs and provide guidance about strengths and needs of each individual client.
