How to Donate Your Vehicle
Goodman Jewish Family Services of Broward County partners with Charitable Adult Rides and Services (CARS) to make donating your vehicle easy, secure and convenient.
Nearly all vehicles are accepted, whether running or not, including cars, trucks, boats, RVs, motorcycles, trailers, campers, heavy equipment and other motorized vehicles. Vehicle donations are tax deductible.
How it works:
- Complete the form
Fill out the secure CARS vehicle donation form or call the dedicated toll-free number (855-500-7433) to get started. Be sure to select Goodman JFS of Broward County as your charity of choice. - Schedule a free pickup
A CARS representative will contact you to arrange a free pickup by a licensed tow company at no cost to you. Note: A certificate of title is required at the time of pickup. - Receive your tax receipt
You will receive a pickup receipt at the time your vehicle is collected. Once your vehicle is sold, CARS will mail your tax receipt within 30 days, provided your tax information was submitted at the time of donation.
