Monique Gayle is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Florida Qualified Supervisor who received her master’s degree from Barry University.  She has spent more than 17 years serving the Broward County community. Her career spans direct clinical care, clinical supervision and program leadership. She has overseen residential treatment services and supervised multidisciplinary teams.

She specializes in substance use and co-occurring disorders as well as family systems. Her clinical approach emphasizes compassion, collaboration and empowerment to create meaningful, lasting change for her clients. Her guiding philosophy in all of her work, is: “People may forget what you said or did, but they never forget how you made them feel.”
