As the world moves towards a more inclusive and diverse place it is important for people on the spectrum to understand proper communication regarding sexuality, consent, and boundaries. This workshop, hosted by Joshua’s Path Disability Services of Goodman JFS, aims to teach participants the “do’s and don’ts” of dating, sex education, and sexual orientation and gender identity.
By the end of this program, participants should be able to identify: Healthy and unhealthy relationships; assault, harassment, and abuse; communicating consent; healthy boundaries; understanding sexuality; empowerment and self-esteem building exercises.
