Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT Group)

A 6-week therapy group that provides adults with the opportunity to gain skills to help move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
ACT helps individuals create a more meaningful life through:
Accepting painful experiences that are out of one’s control
Being aware in the present moment
Engaging in behaviors guided by one’s values

For adults 18 years and older
6 sessions beginning November 18, 2019
$10 per session
