Silver CARE

Silver CARE is a mindfulness-based, trauma-informed treatment program for adults 60+, who have experienced trauma, and their family caregivers. Participants’ biopsychosocial needs are assessed by clinicians. Highly individualized treatment activities and plans are created to empower participants to be their most vibrant selves. The program offers individual and group counseling sessions, quarterly social events, community health and wellness services, and self-directed learning activities.
