Goodman Jewish Family Services (GJFS) is an active resource for healing, protecting, empowering, educating and feeding members of the Broward County community. Our goal is to help those in need and create a lasting, positive effect on society.

Goodman JFS may edit, use, publish, distribute, and republish any materials for work with the media or public education efforts. I understand that I have no rights in the materials. I waive all right to inspect or approve the uses of materials, now or in the future.

GJFS will not edit my written story except for grammatical purposes and may truncate certain parts of my story if there are limitations on space and word count.

GJFS will contact me if they wish to interview, film, audiotape, and/or have pictures taken. I consent to having my story used, published and distributed in publications, presentations, website, advertising or other media. I agree not to be compensated for participating in sharing my story or for the use of the material.
