CREATING AN ISLAND OF RESILIENCE FOLLOWING CRISIS
This free, full-day interactive workshop will teach you how to use trauma-informed interventions and techniques when working with clients following a traumatic event. Professor Mooli Lahad, an Israeli psychotrauma specialist and expert on treating trauma in the aftermath of crises and disaster, will train participants on how to utilize evidenced-based models for enhancing coping and building resilience, as well as emerging techniques for desensitization of traumatic experiences.

LOCATION: Coral Springs, FL –Specific location will be shared upon confirmation of reservations.
REGISTRATION: Due to limited space, this workshop is offered by invitation only. Participation is limited to licensed clinicians, providing trauma counseling and actively practicing in Broward County. We will accept two participants per agency on a first come, first served basis. *Reservations and location will be included in an e-mail confirmation.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Professor Mooli Lahad is an Israeli psychologist and psychotrauma specialist known for his creative methods of intervention and stress reduction. He is the founder and former director of the Institute of Dramatherapy, and founding president of the International Stress Prevention Center in Kiryat Shmona, Israel. Prof Lahad is also Professor of Psychology at Tel Hai College in Israel and was a visiting Professor of Dramatherapy at Surrey University, England.
