Publix Donates $20,000 to Goodman JFSMarch 31st, 2017 - Brett Diaz
Goodman Jewish Family Services of Broward and the clients we serve are grateful for the continued financial support of Publix Super Market, who recently donated $20,000 in support of our social services programs. During the holiday season, Publix launched their Food For All campaign and collected $5.5 Million. The financial support of Publix will be used to bring hope, dignity, and joy to the disadvantaged individuals we serve and help us achieve and maintain the highest possible ability to serve others within our community. During our last fiscal year, JFS helped thousands of individuals with financial assistance, food, reparations, home care, counseling, care management, information and referrals. We are so honored to once again be named a beneficiary of the generous philanthropy of Publix Super Market in order to continue our mission.
Publix Super Market, was established in 1930 by George W. Jenkins. Publix’s mission is to be the premier quality food retailer in the world. Publix is committed to being “Involved as Responsible Citizens in our Communities.”
