New Year, New Goals!

Ever set new year’s resolutions or new goals each year and can’t seem to achieve them? Join Silvia Gil, the manager of the Daniel Jordan Transition and Adult Services at UM-NSU CARD, as she discusses strategies on how adults with disabilities and their caregivers can work together to create and support achievable goals. Goals can include employment, social skills, coping skills, living independently, healthy lifestyles, and so much more!  Audience will identify the factors to consider in prioritizing what skills to learn and how to effectively create systems to implement these new skills.
