Organized in 1999, KOLOT (Voices) consists of representatives from Jewish and community organizations, professionals, and volunteers. KOLOT’s vision is to break the silence of domestic abuse within Jewish families through outreach and public awareness.

Special projects of the KOLOT Coalition have included:

• Fundraising for victims’ assistance
• Informational materials in English, Spanish, and Hebrew
• Education for professionals, rabbis, and organizations
• Outreach and Public awareness to prevent abuse and encourage help-seeking

• Hosting an educational event about healthy relationships at your synagogue, organization, or workplace
