About the Event
At our First Annual Run & 1 Mile Fun Walk, more than 350 community members consisting of 20+ teams, individual walkers and runners take to the pavement to raise awareness about JFS and to raise funds for the much needed programs and services that we offer.

In addition to the reward of knowing that you will be supporting one of Broward County’s leading social service agencies, your participation as Runner/Walker/Sponsor at any level will change the life of someone in Broward County.

Come join us as we embark on this journey of Hope. Your participation will help us take new and bold initiatives to fulfill our mission, ensuring a future where no one in our community is in need, alone or without hope.

Your legacy will be part of our mission. It only takes a moment to remember how fortunate we are that we can share our blessings with others.

Do you have a group of five or more people interested in walking or running? Form a team! All teams will have the opportunity to take a team photo at the event and walk/run with a team sign.

About 350 individuals, families and corporations came out and participated in the event on what turned out to be a chilly but very beautiful morning.
