 Fifty Years of Service

For the past 50 years, JFS has helped thousands of residents of Broward County with life's hardest challenges. Regardless of religion, race, income or status, JFS provides life sustaining programs which empower individuals, strengthen families and protect the vulnerable. Our services offer hope and dignity to people who need a life-line, physically, emotionally or financially. Through mental health counseling, emergency financial assistance, care for seniors, clothing for children and much more, we try to make sure that no one in our community feels alone or without hope.

 Why Choose JFS

The values we express:  Compassion, individual dignity and social justice are rooted in our heritage.  We are caring and committed professional care managers, clinical therapists and clergy, ready to help at a moments notice.

We're the ones...

  • Visiting the lonely and providing emergency financial and emotional support.
  • Clothing needy children.
  • Giving people hope.
  • Protecting Families from domestic violence and substance abuse.
  • Bringing Holocaust Survivors together.
