The Friendly Visitor program matches volunteers with homebound, isolated seniors for companionship and support.  This program helps these individuals remain comfortable and independent in their own homes. 

Visitors help their clients banish loneliness and help to open the door to emotional, social and often spiritual fulfillment.  Volunteers visit their clients regularly and take part in a variety of activities that may include board and card games, discussions of current events, reading the newspaper aloud and enjoying good conversation.
